The online course is for your study convenience. It takes about 8 hours to complete, however, you do not need to take the class in one sitting. The exam must be given by a registered ServSafe proctor and is included with the price.
This course can be taken online, but the exam must be proctored. The exam must be scheduled following the completion of the course. To schedule an exam, follow the instructions in the email sent to you with your Access Code. If you would like a book as a reference, you may purchase by adding a “ServSafe Manager Textbook” to your registration.
