Is Your Restaurant Food Allergy Aware? 

Fifteen million Americans have food allergies, and they are eager to find restaurants that can accommodate their needs. Food Allergy Research & Education (FARE) provides free resources to help restaurant personnel become more food allergy aware.

·         FARE offers a short ingredient quiz with answer key to help your staff identify the top food allergens recognized by the Food & Drug Administration (FDA) and identify common foods that contain these allergens.
